Our Home
Burgh Heath Care Centre specialises in supporting adults who require a more structured and meaningful care package. Burgh Heath Care Centre is designed to have its very own dedicated activities facilities, therefore alleviating the need to find daycare facilities nearby. We have experience in this area and will be able to offer specialised therapeutic sessions and comprehensive in-house activity programs. We will also have a fully equipped sensory room and gymnasium on site. We will provide a highly personalised, safe, and secure environment where residents can develop their social, communication, and life skills. The home will be specially adapted to suit the needs of our residents including one room with wheelchair access on the ground floor.
6 Residents Max
All the bedrooms will be arranged as suites, each one having a lounge area and full en-suite facilities.
Therapist Team
We can make huge impact towards individuals becoming more settled, independent, and more involved in the community.
Education
To gaining greater levels of independence, including education and possible employment.
Large Garden
Ensure plenty of outside space for activities such as residents growing their own vegetables, ball games, and BBQs.
Large Gated Carpark
For staff and visitors, as well as operate with its own dedicated minibus.
Social Activities
We also believe the words “fun” and “choice” are an important part of everyone’s life. Therefore, with our activity programs, our residents enjoy activities they want to do rather than being prescribed ones they don’t. We learn about their wishes and desires and use these as our goals to create meaningful experiences for our residents.
We have our own occupational therapists who provide extensive and appropriate support through detailed cognitive assessments individually tailored to meet the simplest of the toughest personal challenges.
